How do you ensure the freshness of perishable items during shipping?
All perishable goods, including cheeses and cured meats, are packed in insulated thermal liners with reusable ice packs. We typically use expedited shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in peak condition.
Do you ship internationally or only within the United States?
Currently, Piccolo's Gastronomia ships to all 50 U.S. states. Due to customs regulations regarding food imports and exports, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy for food products?
For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products authentic Italian imports?
Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing directly from artisanal producers across Italy. Many of our products carry PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) or PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certifications to guarantee authenticity.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
